Elderberry Juice is the most amazing product because it tastes delicious and will support your immune system in wintertime or the rest of the year. This Elderberry Juice is home grown and has been pH tested. It is shelf-stable until you open it. This juice may need to be diluted with apple juice or local honey as it is very concentrated. If you dilute it, it needs to be diluted to a 1:1 ratio with apple juice and then local honey can be used to taste. 
This is a product that I use myself to support my immune system when I am getting sick or sick. It will not cure or prevent any disease, but I have used it and seen improvement in my own body during illnesses.
These are 8oz jars, but you are essentially getting 16oz for the price of half of it since you can dilute it easily. I do it this way so that you are getting a good quality product that is strong, unlike what you will get at the grocery store or at other locations. I do not like to pay for watered-down elderberry and neither do my customers.
